I would think this would already be rented, but you may luck out: the Island Motel and Guest Houses in Manteo. They have three cottages that are very nicely decorated. One is a small two person cottage, one is one bedroom/sleeper sofa cottage for 4 people, and the other is a 2 bedroom/sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to 6 people. http://www.theislandmotel.com/
