mint museum//Marriott area eateries

Hello Charlotte experts,

I am lookig for a mid range (price) restaurant within walking distance of either of these locations for a rehersal dinner for thirty. The fair needs to be typical american due to wide range in tastes and they are possible looking at heavy apps in place of dinner due to the early hour.

Any suggestions? Thanks all!

Center City Marriott....';Uptown'; area I believe. Since we can walk to the Mint museum from the hotel.

O- you are talking about the craft and design museum uptown - the Mint Museum of Art is on Randolph Rd and is not in walking distance of uptown. OK- so now we know you need an uptown venue. Besides the hotels...let%26#39;s see what people will come by and suggest. Best wishes.

If you are looking to do a lot of appetizers, Mez is a tapas restaurant so that could work, Aquavina has a few choices of rooms to reserve, Savannah Red at the Marriott is another option. There a few chain restaurants that would be able to accomodate your group such as McCormick %26amp; Schmick, Ruths Chris, Capital Grill or Fleming%26#39;s. Mimosa Grill or Zink have decent food. If you%26#39;d like something with a nice ambience Bentley%26#39;s on 27 has a nice view of the city.
