If you could pick only one:

If you could pick only one in the OBX, and money wasn%26#39;t a factor:

Restaurant: Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner

Entertainment:

Drink:

Dessert:

Sight to see:

If you could pick only one:

If money is no object - OK

Restaurant = Owens or Colington Cafe

Entertainment = a movie

Drink = Jack Daniels on ice or a good red wine

Dessert = Black berry pie w/ice cream

Site to see = me hitting the NC lottery !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you could pick only one:

Restaurant - Rundown Cafe (I like casual)

Entertainment - Birding Pea Island, Kayaking Alligator River NWR

Drink - It%26#39;s a tie between wine and Ithaca Gorges Smoked Porter (both on the beach of course)

Dessert - Key Lime Pie at Rundown

Sight to see - Black-necked Stilt or American Avocet at Pea Island

Rundown is ok at best. The poster said price was no object, are you really telling me that is the BEST place on the whole beach? You need to get out more!

BTW, the key lime pie at Kill Devil Grill puts Rundown to shame, you need to get farther away from Southern Shores.

LOL. I just NEVER get dressed up at OBX. Shorts, bathing suit top, flip flops. (Unless I%26#39;m in tick country LOL.) It%26#39;s all about the outdoors for me.

P.S. I get out plenty at home. More dress up boring expense account dinners than I care to think about.

your not hitting the lottery so gimme a site to see! lets get this thing moving!

Restaurant: 1587

Entertainment: Cocktails in Ocracoke during sunset

Drink: Dark%26#39;n%26#39;Stormy (Goslings Bermuda Black Rum mixed w/ Ginger Beer). I love rum in the warm weather months, and bourbon keeps me warm in the cold months. Red wine is great year-round. A mojito on a blistering hot day is also very nice.

Dessert: I%26#39;m not fancy...I%26#39;m an ice cream kind of guy, but the Bananas Foster at Prime-Only restaurant is pretty wicked.

Sight to see: OBX from a kayak. The Outer Banks takes on a new perspective when you take a 2 or 3 day kayak camping trip and circumnavigate one of the islands.

Restaurant: Colington Cafe, Owens or Blue Point

Entertainment: Watching the sunrise while sitting on the deck with a fresh cup of coffee - or watching the sunset over the sound while sitting on the deck with a Negra Modelo

Drink: Negra Modelo or red wine

Dessert: Blackberry Cobbler at the Colington Cafe

Sight to see: Enjoying the beach - although we may take an airplane tour of the OBX in Sept

Restaurant:

Breakfast - Grab a chai tea latte, bagel and lox @ Ocracoke Coffee Company and enjoy on the beach

Lunch - Red Sky Cafe in Duck

Dinner - 1587, Flying Fish Cafe, or for laid back Tortugas Lie

Entertainment - Para Sailing, sunset cruise, end with dancing at Kellys

Drink - Beer - either at OBX Brewing Station, Red Drum Cafe, or Howards Pub in Ocracoke

Dessert - Something from the OBX Bread Company

Sight to See: OBX by air
