Need a good place for breakfast

Hi I am traveling to Wilmington next week and would like to know some good breakfast restaurants, I

would prefer a buffet, but since I will be in town Mon-Thu, that may be a tall order (as most breakfast buffets only happen on the weekend) but I can do sit-down as well

The I Hop at the Overpass never lets Me down.Leons on Market Street is good too.

golden corral has breakfast buffet, but like all buffet%26#39;s in my opinion they are garbage...jut go to bojangles

The best places in town for breakfast are not buffetts, but well worth the visit.

Salt Works I and Salt Works II (2 locations)

and my favorite

The Saw Mill

Both of these are local places, serve traditional breakfast foods, and are great.

The K%26amp;W Cafeteria is great. It is located at 3501 Oleander Dr New Hanover Center. I have been there several times when we stay at Wrightsville Beach. You can google their website for more info.

K%26amp;W is a good place. They serve breakfast also. It is fast also.

saltworks I and II

Causeway Cafe and Middle of the Island also not buffets but good.

I think Roudabush (sp?) is alright downtown, not sure if its still there but it was across from the Reel Cafe.

Middle of the Island, sadly, is closed. But there are still the Salt Works, Leon%26#39;s, Whitey%26#39;s, etc. All good for breakfast.

I think Roadabush%26#39;s is a sushi bar now, but not sure.

While it%26#39;s not a buffet, Chris%26#39;s Cosmic Kitchen has really good breakfast...
