We are heading to the outer banks for a week in August. There are only 4 of us and the vacation houses in Duck all seem so huge, and quite pricey when only splitting it between two couples. Our main priorities are a kitchen, community pool, private hot tub and near the ocean. Any suggestions or tips?

I know if you%26#39;re going to Corolla there%26#39;s condos and townhouses of all configurations.
I took a quick peak at Brindley%26#39;s site and there are a few in the general area with 3 bedrooms...probably the same on Villagerealtyobx site and others. The thing is to look at the number of bedrooms I guess, not necessarily the occupancy, which can be higher than one might think given the number of bedrooms.
Hi, We haven%26#39;t stayed there yet, but just made a reservation for June at Emerald Duck (through Atlantic Realty), a 2-bedroom on the sound in Duck. Looks really nice, and the best price I%26#39;ve seen. Hoping for the best! You may want to check out the web site yourself.

Sun Realty or Stan White often has the smaller houses. Have rented through both and have been pleased.
